Lisa Fox is a Miami real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty, selling homes across Coral Gables, South Miami, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Pinecrest, and Palmetto Bay since 2003 — with more than $180 million in career sales.

A 2nd-generation Miamian, Lisa has called this city home since she was two years old, growing up in the Pinecrest/Palmetto Bay area and watching Miami transform, neighborhood by neighborhood, into the city it is today. That lifelong perspective shapes how she guides her clients now.

Lisa has been named to Coldwell Banker's International President's Elite (top 2% of agents nationwide) and Florida's Top 100 (2017), is RealTrends Verified in the top 1.5% of agents nationally (an independent national ranking), and is a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Agent and CIPS-designated international property specialist.

Before real estate, Lisa spent 12 years as a Key Account Manager for S.C. Johnson Wax, liaising with multi-million-dollar distributors and their clientele across South Florida and the Caribbean. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Economics, then earned a diploma in Residential Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale — graduating summa cum laude and winning Best Portfolio in her class. That combination is rare: a Realtor who can read a market report and also tell a seller exactly what to fix, paint, or stage before the first showing.

What clients tend to remember, though, isn't the résumé — it's what happens after the contract is signed. Lisa's approach is full-service in the truest sense: staging advice from someone actually trained in design, market data delivered straight (no fluff, no spin), and a level of hands-on problem-solving that's gone well beyond the job description more than once. (Ask her about the pianos.) Fluent in Spanish and experienced working internationally, she serves buyers, sellers, relocation clients, and investors alike.

Lisa is a member of the Master Broker's Forum, a graduate of Leadership Miami through the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and a past President of both a BNI chapter in Coral Gables and the Miami Alumnae Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega.

Lisa Fox understands that real estate is rarely a simple business transaction, and that buying and selling a home involves many moving parts. As a seasoned real estate professional, Lisa draws on her experience and genuine passion, cultivating lasting relationships, not only with clients but with other real estate professionals – bonds that earn trust and facilitate win-win negotiations.

When not traversing the city, Lisa enjoys the local cycling group, yoga, and running. As the daughter of an artist and musician, she loves everything creative – painting and listening to live music.
